As an electronic submission
You should submit your disclosure electronically to publish@researchdisclosure.com.

After we receive your disclosure, we will convert it into a tiff (raster) image which we will display in a secure area of our server. We will notify you by e-mail of its address. Only you will be able to view it at this stage. Once you have viewed it and are satisfied it is a true representation of the disclosure you supplied you have to confirm that you are happy to proceed to publication and that you accept our terms and conditions. Only when we have received your approval, and in the case of non-account holders the correct payment - see Disclosure rates, will we proceed to publication.

As a paper submission
If you have prepared your disclosure as a paper submission you should send it by post to: Emsworth Design Inc, 200 Park Avenue South, Room 1101, New York, NY 10003, USA.

Non account holders should enclose the correct payment, please see Disclosure rates. If paying by cheque non-account holders should make it payable to Kenneth Mason Publications Ltd. If you are based in the USA you pay in US dollars. If you are based in the Euro zone pay in Euros, and for the UK or the rest of the world pay in £ sterling.
